TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• All transactions are subject to standard terms and conditions which, if not provided, must be requested.
RISK
• Whilst we take all reasonable care to avoid any loss or damage, property is left in our possession at your risk.
• We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to property left on our premises due to theft, fire or any other cause.
WARRANTY
• No warranty will be valid for more than 3 months from date of the transaction unless otherwise agreed with the customer in writing.
• All warranties are subject to terms and conditions which, if not provided, must be requested. No warranty will cover abuse, excessive use or normal wear and tear.
STORAGE
• Storage fees will apply from 7 days after notification of completion.
• Uncollected property will be sold.
PAYMENT TERMS
• Cash or credit cards only.
• No cheques accepted.
• No accounts.
• Vehicles will not be released until full payment of outstanding balance is paid.
